A significant part of Lucy's coaching branding is around her life in the Peak District, so what better way to show it than with a late spring walk around Mam Tor. Blue sky days can be as rare as hen's teeth in this part of the country so even though it was bitterly cold and snow still on the ground, it was good to get a couple of hours out in the hills before the rain returned.
